Use of services

Special AI System provides business automation, CRM setup, AI-assisted workflows, WhatsApp and SMS follow-up, dashboards, consultation and implementation services. You may use our services only for lawful business purposes.

Consultations and proposals

Submitting a form or requesting a consultation does not create a paid service agreement. Pricing, scope, timelines, refunds and deliverables are governed by the applicable quote, invoice, order form or written agreement.

SMS program terms

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive SMS messages from Special AI System about your account, services or requests. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.

Customer care use case

Our initial SMS use is for customer care, including confirming received inquiries, responding to service requests, coordinating consultations and sending account or service-related follow-up.

Acceptable use

You may not use Special AI System to send spam, unlawful marketing, deceptive offers, harassment, phishing, malware, fraudulent billing, illegal content or messages without required consent.

AI and automation

AI-assisted output may be incomplete or incorrect. Important pricing, legal, medical, financial, refund, guarantee or sensitive decisions should be reviewed by a human before use.
